Summit Sponsorship Levels

PLATINUM Level Sponsor
$50,000 and up

• Premier sponsorship of one of the breakfast, lunch, or reception events. Your company will have naming rights for this portion of the Summit on printed materials and event announcements, as well as verbal acknowledgement of your sponsorship during this portion of the Summit.  A representative from your company is also welcome to work with the caterer and Planning Committee representative on this portion of the Summit.  There is one breakfast opportunity, one lunch opportunity, and one reception opportunity.  These sponsorships are available on a first come first serve basis.

• Prominent company logo visibility on promotional materials.  Your organization’s logo will appear on all promotional material, preceded by the words “Sponsorship by.” The promotional materials will include event brochures, announcement postcards, e-mail reminders, and the Summit program.  The logo will also be listed on the Web site on both the home page and sponsors page, as well as a direct link to your organization’s own Web site.

• Name recognition in publicity materials.  Your Company’s name will be included in advertisements, press releases and in conversations with the press for related stories.  This sponsorship ensures a highly visible association enabling you to reach hundreds of thousands prospective customers.

• Exposure at the Summit.  In addition to your logo on event signage, your sponsorship includes the opportunity to reach Summit attendees by contributing to the participants’ “green gifts*” packet with promotional items.  There will also be a display area for your promotional materials or information at the event.

• Twenty-five complimentary registrations for participants of your choosing, providing professionals in your organization the opportunity to experience the caliber of this Summit first hand.

 

GOLD Level Sponsor
$25,000-$49,999

• Premier sponsorship of one of the program panel sessions or networking breaks.  Your company will have naming rights for this portion of the Summit on printed materials and event announcements, as well as verbal acknowledgement of your sponsorship during this portion of the Summit.  If choosing a networking break, a representative from your company is also welcome to work with a designated Planning Committee representative in select aspect of your break.  There are six morning and afternoon panel and two networking breaks throughout the day to choose from.  These sponsorships are available on a first come first serve basis.

• Company logo on promotional materials.  Your organization’s logo will appear in a prominent position of promotional material, preceded by the words “Presented in association with.” The promotional materials will include event brochures, announcement postcards, e-mail reminders, and Summit program.  Your logo will also be listed on the Web site sponsors’ page, as well as a direct link to your organization’s own Web site.

$2,500-$4,999

Green Business Supporter
$ In-kind Donation of Products or Services

ECO-FOOD
Support the Summit and promote your green beverage, food product or service to hundreds of Summit attendees.  Supply beverages or snack food for scheduled networking breaks and gain both deserved recognition and new loyal customers.  Providing your beverages or snacks is an important way to build a dedicated consumer base.  Your contribution will be recognized with signage and in the Summit program.

GREEN SERVICES
If your company is a leader in sustainability, environmental and/or corporate responsibility issues and can offer Summit organizers assistance with printing, advertising, communications or other related support service your business will receive deserved recognition through signage and in the Summit program.

GREEN GIFTS
If your company produces or manufactures a sustainable product (or a product that is “Made with Renewable Energy”) and would like to incorporate that “green good” into the conference, your business will receive deserved recognition through signage and in the Summit program.  Please contact Summit representatives for details on this sponsorship opportunity.

Supporting Organization
Promotional Partnership

Qualifying clean energy, environmental/economic justice, and environmental nonprofit organizations/non-governmental organizations (NGOs); renewable energy trade associations; and other related entities can be designated a Summit Supporting Organization through an exchange of promotional services.  A Supporting Organization agrees to promote the Summit to its memberships or constituency in exchange for logo placement in the Summit program and on the Web site and recognition at the Summit.
